disable(tur/tmux-sixel): superseded by main repo package #1035

Sixel support for the main tmux package was enabled as part of termux/termux-packages#19736, making this package feature indentical to the main repo version, and thus obsolete. https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/commit/e0633aaca74a4639f6bce4c9dde0296ec95da326

If there are any additional considerations needed toward moving users of the tur/tmux-sixel package over to main/tmux, please let me know.
