rust compiler + meson do not work in cross-compiling (https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/issues/20517)
the release version of helvum uses pipewire-rs v0.7.2 which runs into compilation error (this action). This compilation error is gone when it is upgraded to pipewire-rs v8.0, so this WIP uses the git version (for now).
borrow your facility to build aarch64 so that I can test on my device. Thanks!

This VM is hosted in China, and for some reasons, some network connections may fail...
