Does Termux API work on Android Go edition 8.1.0 #513

Hi. I am trying to run Termux Termux API on Android Go edition 8.1.0. I have set all the security requirement but it just hangs when you run a command like Termux-battery status etc.

It does however work on my other installations on Android 10 and 11.

Kindly assist.

Please use the bug report template and provide information like termux-app version, termux-api (app) version, termux-api (package) version.

Doesn't work for me either in Android Go 8.1
