Support for disabling softkeyboard in case bluetoothkeyboard is present #325

The Softkeyboard uses a lot of space so it would be a great idea to disable it. Here is my proposal how the user can choose he has a bluethooth keyboard. The single Tap in this case now has only the function to scan for urls. if the user chooses no hw-keyboard present, single tap will mean extend softkeyboard.

The soft keyboard on Shield TV is very space-consuming.
