add Fastlane app description #201

The F-Droid shows an app description from the Fastlane https://f-droid.org/en/docs/All_About_Descriptions_Graphics_and_Screenshots/

The Fastlane metadata can be translated which is important given that the description contains an instruction to use.

As a side note, is it possible to merge the app with the Termux itself? Why they are separate apps?
