Package description

This package adds some extra glyphs(icons) for the terminal (e.g.: powerline). I have powerline for my prompt but instead it shows a square with the unicode code in it.

We won't package font files themselves due to 100 MiB criterion in our packaging policy. Instead we can package "installer" for font files, just like texlive-installer.
