No, root permission I'll guess but this tool is really important especially for education or educational purposes etcetera

This package violates the packaging policy. We don't care about such thing as "educational purposes". It is clearly stated that software belonging to certain usage domain (hacking, phishing, bruteforce, security bypassing, etc) is not allowed for requesting.

We do not accept packages which serve solely destructive or privacy violation purposes, including but not limited to pentesting, phishing, bruteforce, sms/call bombing, DDoS attaks, OSINT.

Don't tick packaging policy checkbox just to be able submit a ticket.
