C3 is a programming language that builds on the syntax and semantics of the C language, with the goal of evolving it while still retaining familiarity for C programmers.

This might be a hot take. But I think programming languages should be held to the same burden as libraries.
In that there is generally little point in packaging one without any packages that depend on it.
