[Bug]: CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE "hugo": cannot locate symbol "_ZTVNSt6_ndk119basic_ostrxxx" #21633

Problem description

I get the following when I use hugo command.

And i found it similar problem: [Bug]: CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE "et": cannot locate symbol #18893

What steps will reproduce the bug?

$ pkg install hugo

You likely have too old libc++ - run pkg up to update packages and try again.
