I used glibc-repo to run julia & used patchelf for 7z. pkg is working I can install some packages and some don't work like PackageCompiler.jl Why this issue is still open, I don't think anybody is working on it.

Julia is slow to adopt LLVM 18 https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/pull/54848 Its likely will need to package a separate LLVM for Julia or move to TUR

A separate LLVM just for Julia is a no go from my standpoint. If that means it needs to go in the TUR for the time being, so be it.
