[Feature]: Disable `hold-to-move` while `double-tap-to-move` enabled #626

Problem description

recently there is option added to termux-x11 , enable tap-to-move , actually it is double tap hold to move like pc trackpad is good feature. but there should be an option to disable tap-hold-to-move while double tap hold to move is enabled so user can enable or disable as her/his requirement. this approach make termux-x11 more usefull.
