Simplify all the things

• deletes are now sent to the facade
• unify the "create" and "edit" requests to the facade into one function
• fix lots of broken logic I found
• remove concept of "blocked action"
• remove complex edit strategy logic
• build on Jeremy's fix for the broken Onsen menu by adding buttons for comment actions
• fix all lint errors
• change terminology from "delete local edit" to "undo local edit"
• allow worker to request new API token
