upload a historic photo with GPS coordinates in the metadata
Expected:
The GPS coordinates are found quickly and the confirmation message is shown.
Actual:
the message SOMETIMES appears
No geolocation captured.
Attach a photo tagged with GPS coordinates...
before correcting itself to
Geolocation successfully captured...
It is usually quick to update, but on one attempt it took longer and I went out of the app to investigate the photo and whether it had GPS coordinates in the metadata.
Notes:
This photo was 9MB so perhaps it's due to the UI thread being locked up while processing the photo. Moving that processing off the main thread might fix it.
