Things that we need to do when the new operations team take over:
create new Google Cloud project?
make sure someone is subscribed to error report from Sentry
make sure someone is subscribed to bug reports via GCP Stackdriver
remove "stuck with SW" threshold disable value for prod
access to Google analytics
