For the mu =0 simulation accept only rho = 1 results. #30

When we work at the half-filling we know from symmetry of the Hamiltonian that 
rho = 1, but when we do actual simulation we explore phase space for which it 
is not the case. 

I believe that there is a way to filter mu = 0 results to consider only HSF 
states, for which rho=1.
