ausplots_visual crashing #39

ausplots_visual crashing when growth form pie is selected and there are 1-few sites included.

Solved with commit bb3df21 which selects all growth forms from a given plot/site that have positive cover instead of removing those that are zero (as the latter crashes if none are zero - this happens when there are few plots so less GF columns in the table).
