updated definition to match the V1 protocol updated source to V1 protocol

We already have a concept called "substrate burned extent types' (see for example: https://linkeddata.tern.org.au/viewers/dawe-vocabs?uri=https://linked.data.gov.au/def/nrm/78dda800-193d-5b0e-a18b-f54ad942aa51). We can deprecate this concept.

@junrongYu - Can you please deprecate this concept and its references in our Vocabs?

Could this be renamed as "substrate burned type - charred" and "substrate burned type - scorched" ? and it is a boolean in the APP
