Fixed minor issues in `Cover` CV and Normalised all Turtle files with latest `ontotools` #547

This PR updated the feature type of OP fractional cover responses to land surface, and renamed attribute voucher barcode id to voucher barcode, and renamed attribute plant tissue id to plant tissue barcode. Also, updated the ontotools version to latest, normalised all Turtle files.
