Removed attribute number of observers in transect and vantage point protolcol.

Hi @arunherb , thanks for the update, in this commit https://github.com/ternaustralia/dawe-rlp-vocabs/pull/563/commits/89539d9af8a3ea84bf7d5bd1b1ee23651ddf4ad8, the values range of OP plant height is updated as well, is it update from Adel? In this commit https://github.com/ternaustralia/dawe-rlp-vocabs/pull/563/commits/fd042218baf1860b30e57befb4f1f1c25664ee53, can you please update those classes to Observation and ObservationCollection? the o should be capital. In this commit https://github.com/ternaustralia/dawe-rlp-vocabs/pull/563/commits/afc523cee0280b1bf47e323d8acf7e920eb8138e, the linked class is tern:Sampler, can you please update them? In this commit https://github.com/ternaustralia/dawe-rlp-vocabs/pull/563/commits/c25661e58e14088cbf02ed563f204b5bd7cd574b, can you please remove the attribute URI from the attributes collection file as well? in vantage point. Thanks!
