Take over company-tern Emacs package. #1028

Hi there!

I'm an author of the company-tern Emacs package. It provides autocompletion popups using company-mode instead of auto-complete-mode.

I want to ask if there is an interest to include it into emacs/ directory in the tern repository?

It works well with tern without problems for the last few years.
