These files have not been used for some time. There are several reasons for it:
After publishing to the Terraform Registry, it became the official source of truth for the documentation about this provider. The data published on the terra-farm website became redundant and out of date.
The old scripts where used in Travis CI. This is now replaces with Github Actions, which already lint, build and release the artifacts needed for publication in the registry.
