Submitting changes from `angrycub` fork. #5

Submitting the changes made in the @angrycub fork. First merge #3 as this PR also includes these commits and resolves a merge conflict.

My aim is to consolidate all the changes made to your original work in preparation to make this provider 0.10.0 compatible, hoping to submit it for the terraform-providers Github organisation.

If you are not interested or capable (e.g. time constraints) of processing this (and following) PR's, are you open to make me a contributor of this repo?
