Challenge Description

Developer tooling on Terra has come a long way, but it still has a long way to go. We need help in a few areas:

• Node.js based CLI to help scaffold new dapps (contract/frontend), and deploy related assets to Terra (see Hardhat).
• Electron based UI for starting and managing LocalTerra (think Ganache).
• Command line based RPC emulation, for a slimmer and quicker development environment (see ganache-cli).
• Tooling to help teams utilize any of the cw-plus contracts: https://github.com/cosmwasm/cw-plus. Some examples, scaffolding a new cw20 token, managing/automating cw20-merkle-airdrop, and more complex use-cases like setting up a cw4-stake or cw4-group contract.
• Implement wallet-provider which is React specific for other popular JavaScript frameworks like Angular.

This is an opportunity for developers currently building on Terra to help us fill in the gaps!

Submission Requirements

Judging will happen once all submissions have been received. Please include the following:

• Live demo of the working application in a video.
• Working code in a public GitHub repository.

Judging Criteria

The following factors will be considered when deciding winners:

• user experience (good design, intuitive, easy to use)
