Falling back to seeds #753

Describe the bug

The node synchronization is slow, and the node has been upgraded to v0 5.18 and replace the cache with v3-wasmer1, which is still slow after restart. I deleted AddrBook JSON hopes to find a new peer, but it seems unable to find it. The following error is reported

To Reproduce

Context & versions v0.5.17 and v0.5.18

(if applicable) suggested solution I need a list of available peers for normal synchronization

@wo4zhuzi Did you increase your sync speed? I'm 9 hours behind sync now
