On this commit https://github.com/terra-money/fcd/commit/7d80d881ff6601295f187f963e9dbd459807bf93 the binary apidoc-swagger-0.2.5-terra.tgz was removed, in the package.json it was replaced by file:apidoc-swagger-0.2.6-terra.tgz, but this new binary had never been added to the repo. This is preventing the npm ci to run properly.
