can we get the links updated in docs for addrbook.json, seeds and persistent_peers on phonenix-1?

okay, after we make preultimate-genesis.json start to gather known addresses with seed

Hi @YunSuk-Yeo, do we have to wait for you to export preultimate-genesis.json before we can do gentx?

i used the files from examples (there is typo in the script it is now genesis_builder.py

python3 src/genesis_builder.py ./genesis-template.json ./pre-attack-snapshot.json ./post-attack-snapshot.json ./genesis-validators.json --genesis-time=2022-05-28T06:00:00.000000Z --pretty=false --chain-id=phoenix-1 > penultimate-genesis.json
