Issue description

terrain new my-terra-dapp has some error:

ModuleLoadError: [MODULE_NOT_FOUND] require failed to load C:\Users\tangc\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\@terra-money\terrain\lib\commands\new.js: Cannot find module » '@terra-money/terra.proto/jax/tx'
