This Pull Request is not ready, I'm simply opening it for discussion and to make development progress a little more visible.
I should have started Terra from Director: https://github.com/jonpugh/director
I would like to merge in Director to maintain the history and to make it easier to appropriate the work done there.
Merging in director to terra will add "machine" management. Easy role assignment with Ansible. One command gets all servers into shape.
