Doc fixes and cleanup #13

Formatting, fixing a link and whitespace cleanup.

I've committed the ubuntu link fix giving you credit.

The rest I'm not going to merge. The code block formatting I've used works well, and is based on the markdown formatting that Drush uses.

The "Install Docker-Compose" section doesn't wrap properly.

For some reason the bullet list right before it was throwing it off.
