[STORY] Create an App from upstream source. #2

As a web developer I want to start a new app from an existing upstream source So that my app can easily update it's dependencies.

This is definitely more of an epic.

The use case is that every drupal site comes from an upstream, whether it's drupal, or openatrium or dkan.

It would be nice if it was really easy to update sites from these upstream sources.

are you referring to the data starter repo?

In your use case, yes. :)

This story applies to any site. Every drupal site has an upstream source, even if it is just drupal core, so we are going to build a the process for tracking the upstream and running the update merge right into terra.
