Remove localhost (make dynamic) #35

Fixes terra-ops/terra-app/issues/31. This needs to be tested on Linux as well. Subsequently, this also fixes an issue on OS X where the generated drush aliases wouldn’t have worked either.

I am sold on using docker machine. We are already on board using docker compose.

Let's get the documentation (and install.sh) updated with instructions for installing docker machine.

Looking forward to this!

56 is a more complete version of this same thing. Thoughts?

Yup, #56 resolves this issue temporarily.

Closing this PR, but let's to look at this later when we start to incorporate better machine/host support.
