I want to keep track of remote environments in terra
So that my sites can live on any hosting provider that allows drush access.
We should be able to connect to hosting providers like Acquia and Pantheon with terra.
It would be useful to keep track of all of our projects regardless of where they were hosted. environment:clone (#4) would be able to clone a pantheon or acquia environment to localhost.
