Currently simulation outputs are displayed in Quote currency unless specified otherwise (obviously volume base is in base currency 🙃)

Let's recall that we're using the Base/Quote convention so that when you buy LUNC/USTC:

• You're selling USTC to buy LUNC
• Price is shown in Quote currency, in this case, USTC

This task is to make it possible to display results in USD, EUR etc. depending on the use preferences, by passing FX rates.
