Legend missing when domain values produce the small range, usually between 0 and 1.

To reproduce, keep the period at 7 days, the spatial unit at 25km and select "Mining" as an indicator. This bug generates wrong SLD rules and affects the pointing tool (GetFeatureInfo) as well.
