Crop the risk image by the Amazon biome #176

Use the Amazon biome border of the auxiliary database to crop the risk image after the FTP download and before the cross-data process.

It is no longer necessary because the original raster file is no longer displayed as the background layer. Now the deforestation risk points extracted from the original raster are used as a base layer.
