If you move to a seperate map the jobs button stops working #1

To reproduce

Open the jobs window
Close the jobs window

Move to a location on the overviewmap

The jobs window stops working

My suspicion is that some logic needs to be moved to the current visited on
overview map to make it more reliable with it.
