This proposal is to pay our freelance developer who doesn’t work for the team, but has done most of the work on the current wallet.
We currently pay him $75 USD an hour, and I generally just pay him out of pocket so that things keep moving forward. This proposal would replace me paying him out of pocket.
This proposal is for enough TRC for a reserve of 10 hours of his time.
One of the reasons the Terracoin Team Pay proposal is structed the way it is, is to attract a non-freelance developer so we don’t have to continue paying a freelancer. At this time we do need to and we will probably need him more in the future.
I am requesting 3000 TRC to hold in reserve to pay our freelance developer if we need to.
At current price that comes to $750 USD. $.25 USD per TRC x 3000 = $750.
If he is never needed again, or the price of TRC climbs so high that we have extra left over this will go to other needs such as hosting fees, SSLs etc.
All accounting will be either on the blockchain or made available through a public ledger.
