I am trying to save AWS cloud watch log pricing

Describe the solution you'd like.

The ability to use the new infrequent log class for RDS logs

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I tried to see if I can create the log group outside the module but I am not sure this is possible

Similar and related: I would like to provide different cloud watch retention per type of logs exported - e.g. slow query 1 day, but audit 90 days
