[Output] NAT Gateway Private IPs #1033

Describe the solution you'd like.

Having an output with the NAT Gateway private IPs would help set up ACLs in the context of a Shared VPC where we want all accounts to be able to reach NAT Gateway.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Currently my ACL allows the whole public subnets where the NAT Gateway sits.
