Feature Request

Feature description: The current version of terraform-compliance cli (1.3.33) does not support Terraform Version 1.3.0.

FATAL ERROR: Unsupported terraform version (1.3.0).

Suggested Solution description ( if you have any ): Add support for Terraform version 1.3.*
