Add katello content credentials #19

This PR is the first commit against the katello API. One can add content credentials like gpg or ssh keys.

We don't have any katello setup to test against. So I'll just assume this works until proven otherwise. Could you run autodoc for the new resource/datasource? Would merge afterwards
