Fix os default templates #41

Remove custom json wrapper function for os default template

gives a 500 error on applying because additional parameters added by wrapper

Remove default values on options in host groups which are allowed to be null

Host groups can't be added when specific puppetproxy's are not present

Remove requirement for setting root password

allow to be null according to api (https://apidocs.theforeman.org/foreman/2.0/apidoc/v2/hostgroups/update.html)
