Some fixes for integration tests #5

The Makefile should be updated based on the copy in the terraform-google-module-template repository.

test/run_ci.sh should be renamed to test/ci_integration.sh and based on the copy in the terraform-google-module-template repository.

I've fixed it, could you please review it
