TL;DR

Support source_image in the additional_disks block on instance_template

Same as this old request from 2022 closed for inactivity https://github.com/terraform-google-modules/terraform-google-vm/issues/249

Went ahead and created this PR https://github.com/terraform-google-modules/terraform-google-vm/pull/392
