Upgrade to latest ALM DA #159

Description

The recent ALM DA release 1.9.4 includes some improvements that would make the stack deployment more consistent:

Once the ALM DA 1.9.4 is available in the catalog, it would be advantageous to upgrade the stack to that version and make sure the new inputs are wired with the stack configuration (specifically - prefix and ICR namespace).

While updating the ALM DA in the stack it would be good to remove the default value for the sm_secret_group parameter from the stack definition. ALM DA already has a default and setting the value in the stack definition prevents the users from setting the desired value using environment parameters
