Get the agent working in a vanilla Kube (IKS) VPC cluster
Write an example and test that uses Kube cluster (as opposed to OCP) and add it to pr_test.go

Suggest to take same approach as https://github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-observability-agents/tree/main/examples/basic and add support to basic example to provision vanilla kube (IKS) cluster. We also should add a test for that use case too
