Add functionality to manage ipv6 dhcp resources

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am trying to set up ipv6 dhcp resources

Describe the solution you'd like New dhcp v6 resources

• ipv6 -> dhcp client
• ipv6 -> dhcp server -> DHCP
• ipv6 -> dhcp server -> Bindings
• ipv6 -> pools -> add pool

Nice to have too:

• ipv6 -> dhcp server -> options
• ipv6 -> dhcp server -> option sets

Additional context I need extra predictability for my ipv6 ips on my network and RA is not 100% predictable like dhcp v6

Actually, looks like this is not working the way I expected. Its only for other routers not end hosts. So can ignore or deprioritise for much later.
