It looks like a synchronization configuration was created yesterday (June 22nd) which has no hierarchy.

The label for the corrupt sync config is: Dev HMIS - Provincial Hospital Warehouses

I have deleted the erroneous data from the laos server and the sync config page is now loading properly. I am also pushing out a hotfix (1.2.2) which includes better validation to prevent this from happening again.
