Latest display label of Geo-Object not showing Explorer search results and map when not specifying a date

Describe the bug (clear and concise) When not specifying a date while searching for Geo-Objects in the Explorer, the search results and corresponding labels on the map show the first ever stored display label value, even if that value has been overwritten

To Reproduce

1. As a Registry Maintainer, go to the Explorer
2. Search for a Geo-Object where the display label has been overwritten for a given validity period (e.g., HC Thapen, search for 'Thapen' in the Laos instance), leaving the date field blank
3. The first ever stored display label ('HC Khetthapen' in the Laos instance) shows in the search results and map labels

Expected behavior (clear and concise) The latest display label value should show in the search results and on the map.
