User stories

As a public user of the GeoPrism Registry front-end, I would only like to see the functions that are available to me, such as the option to view version metadata, as well as view and export list/spatial data versions.

User permissions

Proposed solution

Remove Configuration and Update List Periods buttons, as these can only be used by the Registry Maintainer.
